
Huisman Czech Republic strengthens production in Sviadnov. New Fabrication & Assembly Manager appointed Štefan Novák
Sviadnov, September 24, 2025 – Huisman Czech Republic, a leading manufacturer of cutting-edge technologies for the offshore industry and energy sector, has appointed a new Fabrication & Assembly Manager. The role has been taken up by Štefan Novák, an experienced manager with a long track record in engineering and the automotive industry. The company expects his arrival to further enhance efficiency, quality and safety in production.
Over the course of his career, Štefan Novák has worked across a wide range of production areas, from machining and heat treatment to toolmaking and foundry operations. Step by step, he advanced into managerial positions, leading larger teams and overseeing production in demanding environments with a strong focus on quality, efficiency and safety. He considers Huisman’s production portfolio to be particularly inspiring, as it comprises technologically sophisticated and unique equipment with a significant impact on global industry.
